【How to Use】1.Place the sourdough starter warmer flat on the countertop and place dough proofing container on the heat mat. 2.Fasten NTC sensor to dough proofing container tightly so that the sensor can catch the temperature of container. 3.Plug the heat mat in outlet, set desired temperature and timer and then allow dough rising mat to heat up to set temperature. 4.Cover the dough & dough container with the warm cover.
